That is the name of my blogging friends website.
Kalli and I met about a year ago via the blogging world and she is great! She was turning 40 and decided she wanted to start a blog to keep herself and others inspired about keeping fit and being the healthiest happiest version of herself in her 40’s.
She posts lots of delicious pictures of the foods she and her husband eat, some great easy recipes, and different workouts. What I get most out of it is her infectious happiness towards life!
Below I am going to share a super easy and delish recipe from her site.:
My Kind of Taco Salad
1 can of refried beans
1 cup of frozen roasted corn
1 bag of frozen organic brown rice or stove top version
Crumbled Goat Cheese
Various Salad Veggies
Dry Roasted Sunflower Seeds
Heat up beans with Corn in a small pot
Microwave brown rice
Add beans, rice, goat cheese, and avocado and hot sauce to salad.
