Day 3

Phew!  This posting daily is hard!!  I admire the people that do it regularly!  Day 3 went alright.  This week my girls have a field hockey camp every day that I have to get them to before work, so my workout time is cut a wee bit short.  Yesterday I only had time for a 3 mile run/walk.  It was gorgeous out. 51 degrees.. seems like fall is on its way.  This is my FAVORITE time of year!

does anyone else notice how in August the color of the sky deepens a bit as we head towards fall…and out those leave already changing due to the cool nights?? BRING IT!!

Food..

breakfast.. My usual.. sorry, but I am a creature of habit and this breakfast just does it for me.. baked apple, granola and pb.. sometimes with some frozen thawed raspberries thrown in there…sooooo good!

Lunch: Quinoa greek salad with hardboiled egg, noosh, 1 Tbl goddess dressing and massaged kale

snacks:.. I was hungry this afternoon!  grapefruit, packet of Trader joes trail mix, some rice chips and hummus.. not all at once.

Dinner:  My shake.. almond milk, pb flour, chocolate protein powder.  YUM!

I feel like I am eating alot.. but by 7.. its all I can do to not go in the kitchen and get some more food.. very hungry.. any suggestions ?
